Thank you for shopping with Nura Collection. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Cooling-Off Period / Change of Mind

  • If you shopped online, you have 7 calendar days from delivery to return your item for a refund — no reason needed. 

  • To be eligible, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in substantially the same condition as when you received them. 

  • You must cover the cost of returning the items, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the return is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

  • Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defect.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that are used (burned candles, partially used diffusers or interior mists, or opened gift sets) cannot be returned for change-of-mind.

  • If your item was customised or made-to-order (e.g. personalised label), it may not qualify for the 7-day cooling-off return.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at naz@nuracollection.co.za within the applicable return period to request a return.

  • Please include your order number, details of the item, and reason for the return (if applicable).


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the packaging and the item, and we’ll arrange collection and replacement or refund.
