For safety and the best candle performance, avoid burning your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time. This helps prevent the jar from overheating and ensures your candle lasts as long as possible.
Any great wisdom before burning my candle?
Always trim the wick before each burn. Once lit, allow the candle to burn for at least one hour so it can form a full melt pool. This prevents tunnelling and helps your candle burn evenly from start to finish.
How long do your candles burn for?

For the best experience, always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting.
How long do reed diffusers last?
Our reed diffusers typically last 4 – 6 weeks, depending on room size, airflow, and temperature. Flipping the reeds every 2-3 days will refresh and maintain the fragrance.
